hOLA , QUIERO INSTALAR UN PROGRAMA Y ME SALE que debo ejecutar:
"dpkg --configure -a" por algun error , ya que lo tuve q apagar sin completar la instalaciòn

Close any software center related stuff. Open ther terminal and type;
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
Does this happen in Gnome Software (the Software Store) or in the Terminal. When this is an Error Message could You post a Picture of it please?
