I'd like to install Windows in dual-boot alongside my Zorin OS. With the default partitioning, I'm doing fine, but the peculiarity is that my system was installed with the encrypted LVM option. I'd like to know if it's possible to do this, because at the moment, I'm stuck on the Live-CD. I can't resize the main partition with Gparted as if the disk was mounted when it's not.

If you were willing to reinstall Zorin OS, it would make your life much easier.
Also, are you looking to install on the same drive or separate drives?
I'd like to install them on the same disk. And I'd like to avoid having to do a complete formatting.
I'm a little further along in the process. I couldn't reduce the partition in Gparted because with LVM, a logical volume always shows as complete. You have to "reduce the file system" first. I used to do this from the Live CD command line. Now from Gparted, I have free space in my logical volume, so I should be able to proceed with the reduction. But when I run the operation, I get an error message.
