Install Zorin Edu on a Acer Aspire 1600

Hi,
First of all, please mind I'm French and hope you'll understand me... :wink:
I'm trying to install Zorin Edu 32b on a old Acer Aspire 1600, windows WP. It doesn't offer me the choice of booting on USB, so I used PLop Bootmanager to create a boot manager CD. I reached the boot menu and chose USB and then... nothing...
It's the same usb drive I used on others computers so I guess it's bootable and ok.
Any help ?

In such situation I will check when the last time the BIOS of the computer was updated.
