Installed deb file disappeared off "installed" list, on built-in Software App Zorin OS 16

Running Zorin OS 16 Pro on a Acer Nitro 5.

  1. Downloaded notesnook deb file and opened using the built-in software installer,
  2. Clicked install, OK install completed - great.
  3. Then I restarted the computer and notesnook is nowhere to be found on the "installed" list of the software app.
  4. run terminal command "sudo-apt show notesnook" and I can clearly see the program is still there.

As far as I know you can't see .deb installed packages in Gnome Software Center. Install Synaptic to manage your .deb files is an idea.
