First time for using Linux and not the best with computers
Installed Teleguard from progarmstore and it wont start for me!
What Version is it? APT, Snap or Flatpak? I searched for it but didn't got an Entry. You can see it at the Program Page (Example Picture):
The green Marker shows what is installed.
Unfortunately I don't know how to get the snap package to work. You could also try the .deb file from the manufacturer's site (first remove the installed snap version). Deb files cause far less problems on Zorin than snaps. Unfortunately they have to be updated manually.
Click on Download for Linux, then select download .deb file

Ah, Snap Package. Then, I would agree to @Forpi to uninstall the Snap Package and use the .deb Version from the Developer.
