Why can’t I install Comodo antivirus always appears like the picture above? I have tried to double click cav-linux_x64.deb but it still can’t. I don’t really understand about linux. i am a newbie. thanks.

You have a missing dependency, libssl.
Search for that in Synaptic (see my screenshot of 3 packages) and install.
Seems it is picky about that exact version even though it claims it is fine with a higher version. Either make it ignore the dependency or download the older version:
