Installing DMG file as executable app

I have downloaded an app in .dmg format. How to make a .dmg file as an executable app in Zorin 16? or could I convert the .dmg file as .deb?

I have extracted the .dmg file with 7zip. All files on a folder, but I don't know how to make the files as executable app and access it on launcher.
