Installing for 4 hours now, seems to loop

This is the 3rd time I'm trying to install Zorin. On the 3rd laptop. Previous installs failed on the same screen.

Laptop got i3 processor and 4gb memory.
Installing offline ( no tick at box for updating while installing)
I choose the normal install.
I flashed with the ballerina-etcher. Boots fine into the os from usb, but won't see wifi.
file system check went fine. Just seems to get stuck on that screen after the timezone-selector-screen.
Note in the screenshot its running the same things over and over, doesn't seem to be getting anywere.
This is a dual boot install, next to linux mint.

As always: Verify the ISO file’s integrity using the SHA256 checksum provided by Zorin webpage.

Have you tested Zorin OS Lite rather than Core?

Can you list if you are using dedicated graphics like AMD or Nvidia, aside from Intel integrated graphics?

Hardware side: Failing RAM or a Failing hard drive or SSD can cause this kind of loop.
If possible, running Memtest or a S.M.A.R.T. test to check your hardware might help narrow it down (You can do this on Mint).

A fault on the USB stick can still get through the automated file integrity checker. It can actually be the simplest test to try a different USB stick, download and burn the .iso as a bootable medium on the different USB stick to see if that works.
The installer should not take more than about thirty minutes. If you can see progress in the displayed terminal after 40 minutes, I would not cut and run - but this gives you a better timeframe to be aware of than waiting hours...

Partition issues can cause problems. How large a partition did you select? Did you try manually formatting the partition prior to install?
Remember, separate partitions are akin to different planets. What you write to or erase on one partition will not affect the other (Like Mint).

Also, is Secure Boot enabled or disabled in your BIOS settings?
