You would need to do that via a third party repo.
Though I wouldn't recommend it.

This is not possible with Zorin. Gnome 4* require libraries of a certain version, only available through the jammy repositories. Zorin's custom configurations depend on Gnome 3.8. Because of this, any attempt to upgrade Gnome above it's current version shipped with Zorin will break the OS unrecoverably.
It is recommended that you install a distro that supports and runs Gnome4*. Ubuntu 22 or Pop!OS are similar, though do not have Zorin optimizations or customizations.
