Which version and flavour of ZorinOS do you have installed. e.g. Z15.3 Core, Lite etc, or maybe Z16 Core Beta?
Assuming you have Z15.3, (Z15 is based on Ubuntu 18.04) so if you websearch "hp deskjet plus 4155 Ubuntu 18.04" see what comes up. I expect it will involve installing HPLIP on Zorin.
I do not have a HP Printer myself so cannot provide you step-by-step instructions.
