Out of curiosity, Is it Okay if I install Nautilus v3.38 or v4.0 on ZorinOS?? Or maybe it breaks the system...
I think it could break the system. If Zorin OS is intended to have a newer version of Nautilus, it will get updated in the system updates. If it does not update, that means Zorins chose not to have it updated for good reason.
