Installing Zorin 18 core

Hi

Managed to get Zorin installed after many attempts and hours.

I was pleased that it installed the Broadcom Wi-Fi BCM 43142, and after dropping the ethernet it became available.

Strange behaviour.

Worked out I needed to have it add other entries in GrUB.

Debian added Zorin, but would not allow Zorin to run.
So after I added Debian to Zorin and both will boot and run.

It is nicer than Ubuntu, and is better than Linux Mint in some areas and also better than Debian on occasions.

Do I need/want a 3rd distro? Dunno.

Hi and welcome.

That is:

a. down to you

b. Do you have enough space for a third?

I no longer use Zorin as my daily driver.

My daily is PCLOS Debian Plasma (no systemd)

My alternative OS is Q4OS (on a separate drive which has to be swapped out with PCLOS Debian in the HotSwap Bay):

with a VM of it in MacOS style within Q4OS:

Don't forget to download the Unofficial Manual for Zorin 18 Core from here:
