integrated graphics on laptop

so, my laptop has amd as dedicated and intel as internal gpu. i want disable amd graphics on zorin os. i used to do it on windows via device manager. is there any option like that?
PS: I want to force disable amd GPU becz my laptop's GPU is dead and everytime it tries to render laptop freezes so I disable it on windows from device manager which fixes this issue.

This may be something

https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/5009/gpu-profile-selector/

which one should i download i wont understand the difference between shell version and others. sorry im totally new.

You don't need to download the different shell-version. You have to install Gnome-shell extension for your browser and

sudo apt install gnome-shell-extension-prefs

when done close your browser and go back to the link. Now there will be a push button in upper right corner of the page to enable/disable the extension.
