Hello,

I have install Zorion Pro version on Intel NUC 12 Enthusiast (Serpent Canyon),
upgraded to kernel 6.4.14 and

Intel Arc is pretty new. You were correct to advance to the 6.4 kernel to seek driver support, but even so, the xe patch won't be merged into Mainline kernel for another month at the soonest.
You might try (at your own risk - be sure to recall how to use Grub Menu to access Advanced Options for Zorin in case you need to roll back) the Zabbly 6.5 kernel:

It was given support beginning in 6.2... I wouldn't say it was given full support in 6.2. :expressionless:

That article does indeed claim "full" support.
Sadly... It's FOSS also erroneously claimed that Zorin OS 16.3 was based on Ubuntu 22.04. They are pop-tech writers...

Reading the Kernel, you have to sometimes follow the merge requests when examining the Latest Hardware in order to get accurate information.
