iPhone with Zorin OS 17.1 Pro

Hello, first of all thanks for accepting me to the community  and I apologize for my language, but I'm just learning English so I have to use a translator. I have a question, what program and how to install it to be able to synchronize and exchange files between a computer and an iPhone. What's important, I'll add that I have Zorin OS 17.1 Pro installed, but for now on a Virtual Machine, because I'm just learning it, thanks in advance for any help. Have a nice day

You need to install KDE Connect in Zorin and remove Zorin Connect from your installation to avoid conflicts. You then need to install KDE Connect on your i-Phone from the App Store. Make sure that both your Zorin OS and i-Phone are on the same wireless network for this to connect. If you have enabled the firewall in Zorin you can access pre-made rules in order for KDE connect to get access through the firewall.
Once installed you can transfer files from your phone to the desktop. I'm not sure about the other way round. Additionally you can get notifications of text messages on screen and reply using your keyboard without recourse to accessing your phone. Another great plus is that KDE Connect allows you to control your desktop media, useful when presenting on an interactive whiteboard that has lost its remote, your phone acts to control your Presentations or any other media file.

Thanks, but I'll pass, because I'm on a Virtual Machine and it shows that it's connected via cable, not WiFi, and I don't really know how to change that

It doesn't have to be on wifi, so long as your router's wifi is available. My setup is ethernet via tp-link power plug, smartphone connected wirelessly to router.
