I have this question but I'm not sure for the limitations of XFCE

It isn't working on my zorin OS 16.3.

I do not know of any since that guide was developed by Storm on this forum.
However, @Storm uses animated wallpapers quite a bit and may have better suggestions.
I prefer his method from above because it allows me to only install the basics and not leave management to a GUI application.
