I've tried Hydrapaper but that doesn't seem to work and Superpaper doesn't launch at all.
Apparently if you have icons on your desktop can cause issues:
"Remember to disable Nautilus’ desktop icon handling (if enabled) to avoid conflicts with HydraPaper or Nitrogen. You can do this by setting “Icons on Desktop” to OFF in Gnome Tweak Tool or by editing the ~/.gnomerc
file."
Nitrogen is another alternative to hydrapaper.
Unfortunately neither of those potential solutions worked. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I tried looking for alternatives but a lot of the wallpaper management software is written for wlroots based compositors but Zorin uses Mutter which isn't based off wlroots. I think I will have to give up on this for now but thanks for the help.
