Is there any way to make Windows Drivers work on Linux?

I have a Printer, Ricoh SP 210 Su. Unfortunately it only has drivers available for Windows[an .exe file that extracts a folder in Temp and then I need to manually configure them from Control Panel=>Add Printer=> Have Disk=>Go to that Extracted Folder......and then the Process Continues]. So is there a way to use those drivers on Linux?

I don't know what CUP's means?

CUPS = Common UNIX Printing System

You can access it by opening a browser and in the URL, type http:// localhost:631
