follow Up with this, the install of the beta was okay, but I had to install the drivers manually:

## Ubuntu

### Nvidia:

To get the latest Nvidia drivers it is necessary to add the [Proprietary GPU Drivers PPA](https://launchpad.net/~graphics-drivers/+archive/ubuntu/ppa):

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa

Enable 32 bit architecture (if you haven't already):

    sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 

Update to refresh packages:

    sudo apt update

there was a bug where after suspending once it would enter a suspend loop, found how to fix it here:

after fixing those two I was able to use my laptop as usual, can't wait for Zorin OS 16 Pro to come out. I've got my card ready
