I am trying to uninstall and reinstall Stremio, but when I try to uninstall it, I get an error.
what do I do? I can't install or uninstall at all.

ok that has to be removed manually to do this open files then control+h to show hidden folders then open .local then share then smart then code then ltd delete all thats in that folder and that should remove that program

you can also open a terminal an type
rm -rf ~/.local/share/Smart\ Code\ ltd/
make sure stemio isnt running before deleting the folder
I can't find smart in the share folder
I searched for everything related to Stremio file-wise and deleted it, but some folders keep showing up even though when I try to delete them, it is not part of the file directory.
Perhaps it helps to install it
flatpak install com.stremio.Stremio
then open the program and quit it. Don't use the close button, search for a option to quit it or quit it with the system monitor.
Then uninstall it
flatpak uninstall com.stremio.Stremio
I hope that helps if stremio is installed as flatpak.
Look at the arrow button of your screenshot which package format has a 
and is shown as installed.

Open the Terminal and use the Command flatpak list to get a List of all installed Flatpaks. And check there if the Program is listed.
