Issues with AMD gpu

Hello, I have a minipc with an AMD 5800H. I noticed that mpv was not using hardware decoding for some reason, and when I ran nvtop (which I specifically remember working before), it said "No gpu to monitor".

It was working before and nothing has been touched, maybe an update broke it. Though everything still looks fine on my 4k screen (somehow?).

I did some searching but couldn't really find anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Seems to work ok with non-flatpak mpv. Maybe it's just an mpv or flatpak issue?

Your AMD is working and the AMDGPU driver is loaded.

Likely, it is the Flatpak disallowing permissions to MVP.
Have you tried allowing it access using Flatseal?
