I've downloaded and installed zorin 17 instead of zorin lite 17 by mistake

1=i get it try, but i get crashing while coding with vscode(c# kitdev extension) because of ram(100%).
2=it's amazing and fast, but not respect the pc resources
3=I installed zorin-lite-desktop enviroment to solve the problem of respecting the resources of pc
4=MY QUESTION: CAN I REMOVE THE GNOME AND ONLY USE ZORIN-LITE-DESKTOP IN ZORIN 17?
5=if u ask me why: i don't want to have a lot of apps and a lot of updates that will happen for gnome(i will not use it)
6= that seem that is the future of zorin, i did that by mistake, but all new users will be forced to zorin 17,because the author is hide it ,and not put it in the main page

Yes, you can.

sudo apt remove --purge zorin-os-desktop gnome*

sudo apt clean && sudo apt autoremove

To be safe, run

sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-lite-desktop

in these case, my pc will be similar to the zorin lite 17 in everything, or it is better to remove zorin 17 and install zorin lite 17?

The choice is yours. Installing the Desktop Environment means that everything will feel the same. So you do not need to reinstall Zorin OS.
And you can remove the Core Desktop to clear up some space.

zorin lite de in zorin-core17 use ram/cpu the same zorin lite de in zorin-lite17?

Yes, Zorin OS Lite should be easier on the resources than the Core version. Although you'll have to try and see if that works out for you. I find it strange that a single VS Code extension is causing the whole system to crash.

it use more cpu and ram, my pc ram is 6 gig, when i run vscode with it's extensions and the browser, i use at least 3 gig ram, when it reach to 5 my pc start to be slow and when reach to 5.7 it freezing

There you have it, then. Browsers eat up quite a bit of resources as they are, and VSCode is quite the RAM-eater as well, with each extension adding up.

Unfortunately, 6GB is not a whole lot by today's standards, so you'll have to make some concessions somewhere. Going with Zorin OS Lite is a good place to start. I would suggest using Firefox instead of Chromium. But my guess is that it's only a matter of time until you run into this issue again.

If you are willing, you can try to use another IDE, like Zed, or something more bare like Neovim with the appropriate extensions. I did this a few years ago as I had a very similar problem.
