My favourite trick that I miss when I'm at work and stuck in Windows is using super+mouse to move and resize windows smootly.
- super + left click drag to move windows
- super + middle click drag to resize from the nearest edge/corner
Also, take a look at the keyboard shortcuts in settings. I usually have one for opening my browser, the terminal and my home folder/files app.
