Keep receiving unwanted notification from connected device

I'm trying to hide popup notifications when connecting or disconnecting device. My cheap keyboard reconnects every ~minute and notification spam becomes annoying. I want to avoid using Do Not Disturb mode because still want to receive notifications from messengers.
Thanks in advance!

Is the keyboard a bluetooth device or RF? If the former (bluetooth), take a look here:

You might want to check your Power Settings too as given in that thread.

Did you take a Look in the Notification Tab in the Settings?

This is a system notification, there's no option on Notifications to hide them, but I found Notification Filter that's interesting.

Thanks, it looks like this is just what I need.

After checking further I was able to disable the connected device notification by disabling the pop-up notification for the file manager (Settings > Notifications > click your file manager > disable Pop-up Notifications). However, I don't know if it also works for wirelessly connected devices, mine is a pocket modem (ZTE MF90+) with a built-in SD card reader so, functioning as an external storage device when plugged via USB cable, it's shown in the system tray notification in the mounted devices button and then managed by the system manager precisely.

If devices connected without cables are still managed by the file manager it's possible to hide these notifications as I just explained (or even disable the notification completely, as disabling pop-up notifications will still show notifications on the date and time panel), so I apologize for suggesting an extension to apply a fix that could have been easily done with the options already available, if I had known earlier I would certainly have suggested this being simpler and more immediate :handshake:.

Thanks for suggesting. I turned off all notifications from the file manager and settings app, but it didn't work out for me, so no need to apologize. But for external storage, I guess it's a better solution.
