Laptop starts freezing up

I noticed that my laptop started to freeze occasionally. I have the latest zorin installed on an xps 13 2in1.
My internet showed a 81 download mbps and 26.1 upload speed. I am using brave and have 3 windows open and tons of tabs. Spotify is also running.

I just ran this cmd: sudo lshw -C video like mentioned in the other thread and this Is my outcome:

Hope that helps

Does this help? On low end computers freezing usually happens when too many system resources are being used. You might want to consider switching to zorin os lite.
