Laptop starts freezing up

I noticed that my laptop started to freeze occasionally. I have the latest zorin installed on an xps 13 2in1.
My internet showed a 81 download mbps and 26.1 upload speed. I am using brave and have 3 windows open and tons of tabs. Spotify is also running.

I just ran this cmd: sudo lshw -C video like mentioned in the other thread and this Is my outcome:

Does this help? On low end computers freezing usually happens when too many system resources are being used. You might want to consider switching to zorin os lite.
