With the last update, you pushed the linux firmware 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.29.
It's causing a breaking issue with my Radeon 6800XT : The right part of the screen is red, making the PC unusable.
I was forced to rollback the os with timeshift.

Good call on Timeshift. And doing a real quick search, you are not alone in this and it applies across different kernels, too.

Mint and Zorin OS both are based on Ubuntu and inherit a lot of this from Ubuntu.
Since you resolved this issue by rolling back - and installing any other firmware will not resolve this, I recommend we switch this to the Feedback category rather than troubleshooting support and tag @zorink and @AZorin in case Zorin OS maintenance can inhibit the effects of that firmware update.
Or try to rollback the firmware:
In the reddit thread also some users wrote that it has helped to go back to an earlier firmware version.
The bug report of linux-firmware (where I also report it)
Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS are disabled? Does Your System run in Wayland or x11? You can check that with the Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE via Terminal. Is Windows still installed?
It will not change anything it's just a linux-firmware regression especially for AMD GPU
