Lenovo ThinkPad-P14s-Gen-1 Firmware Install error - Solved

My Laptop is the ThinkPad-P14s-Gen-1 when installing the following firmware update I receive error message below:-

Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 P14s Gen 1 T15 Gen 1 P15s Gen 1 T14 Gen 1 Healthcare Edition System Firmware Version 1.36

This stable release fixes the following issues:
• Fixed an issue where it was permanently fail when performing a PXE boot to Microsoft WDS.

Error message

Specified firmware is already installed '0.1.35'

Solved after running the following commands:-

sudo fwupdmgr refresh

and then:

sudo fwupdmgr update

Does the Firmware come over Gnome Software or the Software Updater? Could You post some Screenshots?

From the software updater.

No I'm not dual booting with Windows.
