Linux not support HDMI

Today I found information a linux don't support full hdmi 2.1
The HDMI specification is no longer public. The HDMI Forum has decided that it will only be made available to entities referred to as "HDMI Adopters", i.e. companies paying dues. Complicates open source developers to develop support for GPU drivers. The current use of the standard prevents the implementation of many advanced HDMI features, such as HDMI 2.1, including differential filters.
