You demonstrate the lack of ability to, admit when you are wrong, to take the correction, learn from it, and to not infringe again.
Regarding your 2nd point, yes I do expect one to read the posts, to be informed, before making a reply themselves. By admitting your lack of doing so, only demonstrates your ignorance, and by your behavior, arrogance.
