When attempting to log in after boot-up, I can't enter my user-id. I select a different desktop or change the login size, it will allow me to enter my user-id.
I've re-installed multiple times, but still have the same issue.
Please advise.

Can I ask that you edit your forum profile to indicate which edition of ZorinOS you have e.g. Pro, Core, Lite etc.
Do you mean user ID or do you mean you cannot enter your password ?
Can you post a screenshot where you can't,
and another when you have made a desktop/size change when you can do it.
