On first boot or after locking and logging back, login screen always appears on 2.monitor how can i fix that ?
Is this desktop or Notebook? I get that in Devuan - I suspect if second monitor is on HDMI and first on VGA, it defaults to HDMI - must admit never tried swapping the connections to prove my 'theory'!
desktop, and 1. monitor is on hdmi second on vga, sadly your theory didn't last long 
This might help:
as Zorin 16.x is based on Ubuntu 20.04. In Devuan I just move the mouse to the first monitor and the login window follows it!
