I wouldn't call it unusable. I mean, You can use these Buttons. The Problem is this specific Usage of this Button and at the same Time a Button from Your Keyboard. Please don't understand me wrong: It is an annoying Issue, sure.
You could try it with a newer Kernel. Maybe it gets better Support with that. Or You try it with another Distro. Maybe with Nobara Linux; this Distro has a Gaming Focus. Maybe it can handle this Input better.
I may have found a fix from this article but Im unconfident on what this could do to my computer or if i should even attempt it, If someone is knowledgable on switching windows managers on zorin and tell me if its a good idea that would be cool

I have solved the issue, and it is very simple. At the log in screen for your Zorin OS click the cog and use Wayland, Or you can use a different desktop environment than Gnome completely. Both should work in theory. The issue seems to be with X11 and how things interact with the display server. Nvidia drivers apparently have had issues with wayland but im using a RTX 3080TI and have not received issues so far.
TLDR: Log out -> Click cog -> Select Zorin OS with Wayland
