I'm looking for reliable remote support software and need your advice, what do you guys use?
Cross-platform and unattended access are must-haves for me. I need to connect from Linux to Windows, and sometimes to Mac too. Ideally something that doesn't need a complicated setup and just works reliably.
Would appreciate you sharing what's worked well for you!
Some users use RustDesk. I have no experience in that topic myself.

I would name RustDesk, too but because it is already named, I would bring AnyDesk and Remmina.
The only issue with RustDesk is you have to setup a separate server, you cannot just use RustDesk as is (as I found out recently trying to help someone out remotely) or use Docker to run RustDesk (which I can't do as I don't have a Gnome Desktop).
Remmina Remote may need some tweaking by using VNC in which case I would use Tight-VNC:
In respect of accessing a Windows server via a Browser, Remmina is brilliant.
During lockdown, working from home and using Devuan 3, I had a VM of Windows 8.1 Pro using virt-manager. I discovered a post on another forum about how to do this relating to an Edge login - when entering credentials to get to the server it had to download a small file called cpub.exe - I copied this to a redirected USB in virt-manager of Windows, logged out of the Windows VM, launched Remmina, pointed it to the cpub.exe and I only had to enter my username and password and domain name once - in Windows I had to enter my credentials THREE times! Not only could I access the shared server directory to save work I could also view my z:/ drive (my work machine's desktop files).
