Create a Zorin bootstick and you can test if it works with this computer.
You probably need to install a later kernel because it is a really new hardware.

Yes, could be. But first try it from USB Stick like @Forpli suggested. When it runs so far, okay. then you could install it. If You should need a newer Kernel after the Installation, here are Instructions:
