Magic lamp goes in the wrong direction

I know why, because the top panel is simply the normal panel moved to the top and the magic lamp animation will always head to the panel so is there a way of installing a dock and a top panel (true mac feel) so that animation heads to the dock?

You can enable "keep original gnome shell" in the Zorin taskbar settings at tab action to get a top bar and make the Zorin taskbar like a dock. Then the animations head to the taskbar. I also tested with dash to dock and a top bar (disable Zorin taskbar if you want to try that).

I was wondering why the animation felt a bit off, so knowing it’s tied to the dock position or that specific effect setting really clears it up. It’s such a small detail but makes the whole desktop feel way more polished once it’s fixed.
