Malware concern and redirected website

I was watching a YouTube video. I clicked on a link in the description that was supposed to go to the creator's own website; instead, it redirected me to another website that has clearly been hacked. I couldn't read anything on it because it was in another language (I think Korean).

I have run chkrootkit and rkhunter to check for anything. I didn't see anything unusual.

Do I need to be concerned about anything or watch for anything? Do I need to do anything else?

Clear the cache on your web browser should do it.

I have the browser set up to where it clears everything when I exit.

If chkrootkit and rkhunter didn't find anything you should be okay. You could try running ClamUI and see if there's anything else.
