De vez em quando eu inicio ele e conecta ao wifi, mas logo ele some, o mesmo acontece com o bluetooth.
Não sei se é um problema do software ou de hardware
Does a wired Connection works? Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? If windows is installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled? Did You take a Look in the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there might be a Driver offered? Could You post the Output of the Terminal Commands sudo lshw -C network and rfkill list please?
Yes wired connection works and i did already disabled fast boot in BIOS

You could try it with switching to Xorg. To do that, go to the Login Screen and click on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is apppeared, You should see a Gear Icon in the bottom right Corner. Click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.
Another Thing: Did You take a Look at the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there is a Driver offered?
