Which headphone are you using? And please edit your profile to mention which edition you are using. By the way do you mean that the headphone's audio output is cracking or is it the audio input?

Each smartphone headset doesnt work also the onboard microphone. If i use windows, i have no problems with the communication and my laptop microphone.

in terminal try:
arecord -l
or
sudo lshw -c sound

Put command in terminal inxi -Fxz
Might try editing:
sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
Add the following line to the end:
options snd-hda-intel model=generic
tap; ctrl+x to exit, then the y key to say yes to save, then the enter key to save as current configuration.
Reboot and test.
