I am following the instructions from Zorin OS to installing the Microsoft fonts on Zorin OS 18 (Microsoft Fonts - Zorin Help). However, from the Aptos fonts instructions, when I double-click the font and select "Install", all I see is "Installing" but it seems to freeze and it never installs. Is this a known issue?
extract the zip file and move the fonts manually to ~/.local/share/fonts
the fonts folder you need to make yourself if it aren't there. It may require a logout and login before the system can use the fonts.
There's a bug in the font installer that it does sits there, but what I'm aware of is that the fonts get installed.
