I read your system requirements to install zorin pro on my desktop windows computer, but don't know how this stacks up. My computer has12 Gb RAM, Intel(R) Core(TM) CPU @ 3.40Hz, 2 GB Graphics card, and 932 GBstorage. Is it OK to install zorin pro? Also, My new Novacustom laptop came with Zorin installed, plus a thumbdrive. Can I use that thumbdrive to install zorin on my windows desktop? Or do I need something else?

Your specs as listed are perfectly fine for Zorin OS Pro or Core or Lite.
If the thumbdrive included has a bootable .iso of Zorin OS (In case you need to use the LiveUSB or reinstall), then yes, you should be able to use it to install Zorin OS Pro on the current Windows OS computer. Your Pro license includes multiple computers in your home so you do not need to purchase another copy of Pro.

IF you purchased pro just open the upgrade zorin then choose Pro it will ask for the email you used and the support number for pro add those in it will check to see if its valid then should upgrade your computer to the pro version without the need to reinstall Make sure you use the email you gave when you got pro and the support code

And last but not least, remember your support can only be used for 1 computer should you have difficulties in installing. If the notebook came with Zorin then the supplier should have given you information on its use. I have read elsewhere where somebody purchased a notebook with Zorin Pro on and couldn't login.
