I have 2 questions.

First is it allowed to clone the official repository (when excluded the pro sub-folder of course).

Second If it's allowed does someone know the approximate size ?

I ask because i run many Zorin, i already have a Ubuntu mirror, and the question is to set my monitor software to be certain there is always enough space for the mirror.

Yes, all of Zorin OS Core and Lite software is open source. You can mirror all excluding Zorin OS Pro.

In compressed state (.deb packages) it is ~3–6 GB give or take a reasonable margin for Core, Lite and Education.
