What to do and do I need to worry ?

Btw, I tried to install latest kernel , and still it is the same as on default kernel

There is no need to worry. It notes that some firmware is reserved for a future kernel release.

Please note that the Firmware discussed above and the BIOS FIrmware are two different things.

That said, some of the errors in the above post suggest that a BIOS firmware may be advisable. If you can check if there are any available for your make and model.

Yes, there is new update for Bios : IdeaPad 5 Pro 16ARH7

But I didnt used Windows for few years. And I dont think that is possible to update bios without windows

Yes, you can update the BIOS firmware by using a LiveUSB image of Windows to run the .exe.

It cannot be done using WINE.
