Thanks ..
PTBR , if you look close there is Portuguese from Portugal, They Call Ecrã, we call Tela, They say Rato, We just say like english Mouse, and the right button on desktop give me english words.

I am not saying this is the issue, but there has long been an issue with translation of Menu Items with GNU/Linux, it is reliant heavily on volunteers to offer their time to contribute to translations of applications etc. Sadly the main project that was setup to address this issue no longer exists.

So, You want the Portugese from Brazil. what You could try is to Look for Speech Packs. To do that open the Terminal and type:

apt list language-pack-gnome-pt
and
apt list language-pack-gnome-pt-base

Type the first One and look if it is installed and then type the 2nd One to look if it is installed, too. If one should not be installed, install it with the sudo apt install Command.

Another Thing what You could try, is: You have posted this Picture from the Region & Language Menu. There stands ''Gerenciar idiomas instalados''. That is a Button. Click on it and it looks automatically for Language Support and for installable Packages that are not installed. If there should be some Packages You could look what Packages that are and install them.

And when it is open, You have in this Speech-Window a Button where You can set up the Langauge systemwide. Click on it to look if it change You english Menu's.

Hey ... tks, didnt work, both are already installed.

language-pack-gnome-pt já é a versão mais recente (1:22.04+20240212).
0 pacotes actualizados, 0 pacotes novos instalados, 0 a remover e 0 não actualizados.

Even the answer are in Portuguse from Portugal ... actualizados, we write atualizados without the C. The system is so mess up by now.
