Hello there, just for information. Some people like me, have fun to add mods to games for special gameplay. There is the rockerbacon modmanager2 setup script and a Lutris routine to install Vortex Mod Manager, but both are running in a wine environment, slow, complex.....
Since around 2 months, there is the Amethyst Project at Nexusmod. The Amethyst comes as appimage, just download the setup script and it will be installed as Linux native, fast reliable and simple to handle.
Amethyst has a bunch of pre-configs for moddable games, also a free hand config mode for UE and UT engine games. It can start additional mod tools like Caliente Bodyslide or SSE-Edit inside the wine bottle from a switch. Deploys with soft- or hardlink, aka must sit on same partition.
I'm not the author, but have helped him to figure out stuff for a good software.
