I have a Motorola Edge 5G UW (Verizon phone), and would love to be able to sync my Desktop, Laptop, and Phone together. The problem I'm having is that Google Play Store says that Zorin Connect is for an older version of Android than the one on my phone. I am not willing to rollback my Android OS just to accommodate this functionality. It does offer KDE Connect though. Will Zorin Connect link up to KDE Connect? Is there another way to get Zorin Connect on my phone? Thanks in advance.
Basically, yes. Android applications need to be updated to work with changes made in how various versions of Android work. Sometimes, despite these warnings, they'll still continue to work just fine but the Play Store won't let you download it.
Luckily, the Zorin Connect repository shows some recent activity as of a few hours ago. I can't say for sure if this update will be fixing this, but we will know in the next few days as the new version becomes available in the Play Store (may take a few days).
