Mouse not waking computer

My computer does not like to wake with mouse. After many searches I found;
"sudo nano /sys/bus/usb/devices/usb7/power/wakeup" Choose the proper usb host, change to enable . I do this and it works fine for a while. Seems like maybe a hard reset, something is changing it back to disable! How can this happen? It takes a sudo command for me to change it, but the computer changes it at will!
This is an Asus Rampage III Extreme board.

This is one crazy system! The mouse or usb bus is moving! Was 3 now 1
