After clicking on below WiFi buttons and then sliding the arrow from internet speed to time it freezes automatically.

I don't quite understand Your Explanation but let's check some Things:
- Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled?
- If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in windows disabled?
- You use Brave when I see that right. Is it installed as .deb or Flatpak Package?
- Does Your System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Command
echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPEvia Terminal - Do You have all the Codecs installed?
- Could You post Your Hardware Specs please?
