My RX 6600 is being recognised as AMD® Dimgrey_cavefish. HELP

I am using Zorin OS 16.3, using kernel 5.15.0-86-generic. Just installed the OS and updated it. My AsRock Challenger RX 6600 isn't being recognized as RX 6600 within the OS. I have attached multiple screenshots for reference. I have tried installing the proprietry drivers but it still doesn't solve the problem. I reinstalled the OS, just to get a clean start for getting help from the forum.

Asrock challenger 6600 is a graphics card whose component is AMD's GPU which is being recognised

AMD® Dimgrey_cavefish is just the open source driver name for RX 6600 as said here:

The graphics card recognised when I have my eGPU connected is called AMD Dingrey Cavefish (or something like that) and not AMD Radeon RX 6600 (my GPU in my eGPU).

This is normal, as that is the name given to the Linux Open Source drivers for the AMD Navi 23 6000 series.
The Radeon RX 6600 falls under that series.

(I just happen to have the same GPU in my old eGPU as you, though it's a Sapphire Pulse and not ASRock Challenger)

I have also Sapphire Pulse RX 6600
