so somehow my texture pack is broken my icons look like this and some of my windows are white and some are dark i have no idea why

As far as the icons go they look like accessibility icons/theme has been selected. Go to Settings | Accessibility and see if any settings have been turned on there. If not it might just need a reinstall of zorin-desktop.

Those are definitely the high contrast icon set.
