My Zorin Pro installation downgraded itself

My PC crashed the and when I logged back in by desktop layout had been reset. When I try to fix it in the Zorin Appearance app it tells me I need to upgrade to Pro even though I already have it and I have been using it for two years.

When I try to click it, it gets stuck on "checking for upgrades"

If I manually try to open up the Zorin upgrade app it does this

@sea can you please give a review on any changes you made (don't worry, making modifications won't disqualify you from us trying to help. We just need to know details that might give us a clue what went wrong) to your system. This can include flatpak or snap installs, APT installations, customizations or third party PPA's.
You do not need an itemized list - but things that you remember doing are likely going to be significant things that may answer what happened.
You can review your added PPA's in Software & Updates > Other Software tab. Or from the printed list when running sudo apt update

Did you add or change any Gnome Extensions?

First of all I would disabled all these PPAs you have added for a starters. I bet some of it messed up your system.

This is very odd. Why would X-swat, Zorin OS and Debian pipewire all say no public key is available?
I would think that your ZorinOS/drivers-/patches and /stable repos not being used (ignored due to no key) would cause partial - upgrades or missing packages.
Have you tried:
example

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 0E406D181DCEE19C
